2. Using the Amazon Music Website
In addition to the app, Amazon also provides an online option to access Amazon Music. This method works globally, but it also requires a Music Unlimited subscription. Like many web-based tools, the website may not be as stable as the app.
Step 1. Turn on your Xbox and press the Xbox button on your controller to open the side menu.
Step 2. Go to "My Games & Apps" and select "See All" to view all installed apps.
Step 3. Scroll to find and launch Microsoft Edge.
Step 4. Navigate to the Amazon Music website in the browser.
Step 5. Sign in with your Amazon account and start playing music directly from the site.
While you can use Amazon Music on Xbox One through the web player, it only works for active Amazon subscribers. Because Amazon Music is protected by DRM, you don’t actually own the songs.
