How to Use UkeySoft Unlocker - Unlock iPhone/iPad/iPod

Part 1. Installation & Register

Step 1. Install UkeySoft Unlocker

Click the Download button to get the UkeySoft Unlocker installation package. A window pops up, you just need to drag the UkeySoft Unlocker icon to the Applications to complete the installation.

Immediately, the UkeySoft Unlocker program is displayed on your Mac, then click the icon to launch it.

Step 2. Register UkeySoft Unlocker

You will receive a prompt windows where you need to register UkeySoft Unlocker so that you can use its features normally.

If you already have a registration code, please enter it correctly. If not, you can click on "Buy Now" and a new registration code will be sent to your email immediately. When done, click the "Activate" button to activate the program.

When the activation is successful, the software will prompt you that activation successfully, now you can use it to unlock Apple ID, or remove screen passcode, pattern, Touch ID, Face ID from your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch.

Part 2. 1-Click Unlock Screen Passcode

Forgot your iPhone passcode? iPhone is disable? iPhone screen is locked due to you entered the wrong passcode again and again? You can't enter passcode due to iPhone screen is broken, stuck on recovery mode or black screen? Or you can't unlock and access iPhone due to touch screen is unresponsive?

Step 1. Launch UkeySoft Unlocker

Double-click the UkeySoft Unlocker icon on your Mac desktop to launch the program. It is divided into two major sections. If you want to remove passcode, pattern, Touch ID and Face ID on iPhone or iPad, enter "Unlock Screen Passcode".

Step 2. Unlock Screen Passcode

The "Unlock Screen Passcode" feature is primarily used to handle the following scenarios as shown in the screenshot. Connect your iPhone device to the computer with the appropriate USB cable and click "Next" to enable the unlock feature.

Step 3. Put iPhone into Recovery Mode

If your device cannot be detected normally in the process of loading device information or unlocking step, you'll need to put iPhone into DFU/Recovery mode manually. Follow the on-screen instructions to put your iPhone into recovery mode, here we take putting iPhone 8/8 Plus into recovery mode as example.

For iPhone 8/8 Plus or later:

1. Connect your iOS device with your Mac or PC via USB cable.

2. Press then release the volume up button. Immediately press then release the volume down button.

3. Hold the side button (on/off button), and don't let go when you use the Apple logo. Keep holding till you see the Recovery Mode screen.

Step 4. Download Firmware Package

Downloading the latest firmware package is an essential step in unlocking the screen password. The program will provide the most appropriate firmware version based on your device information, just click "Download" button to directly download the matching iOS firmware package.

Tips:If above download fails, you can download the firmware package via browser.

Firmware package download complete! Everything goes well, a new window will inform you that the download is complete. At this time you need to manually click "Start" to start unlocking the screen password.

Step 5. Ready to Unlock iPhone Passcode

Note: The program will then give you some warnings, for example, the phone data will be deleted after removing the lock screen password. Please read the precautions carefully and click "Start Unlock" to perform the unlock function.

Step 6. Start Removing iPhone Screen Passcode

UkeySoft Unlocker start removing screen passcode, pattern, Touch ID or Face ID from your iPhone, please don't disconnect your iPhone with the computer during unlocking process.

Step 7. Your iPhone Screen Unlocked Successfully

It will take a few minutes to reset your device. When your iPhone restarts, the screen password has been removed successfully.

Your iPhone returns to the way you just bought it. All of data has been removed from your iPhone device, nothing is stored on your iPhone, which looks like a new phone.

Now, you can set up your device right now.

Tips 1: Put Your iPhone in DFU/Recovery Mode

Choose your device model "Other iDevices", "iPhone 7/7 Plus" on the top bar. Then follow the instruction on how to put your device into DFU/Recovery Mode.

Put iPhone 7/7 Plus into Recovery Mode:

1. Connect your iOS device with your Mac or PC via USB cable.

2. Press and hold the side button (Power button) and volume dowm button at the same time. Keep holding the button even when you see the Apple logo.

3. When you see the Recovery Mode screen, then release both buttons.

For iPhone 6S(Plus) or earlier:

1. Connect your iOS device with your Mac or PC via USB cable.

2. Press and hold the home and lock buttons. Keep holding the buttons even when you see the Apple logo.

3. Release both buttons when you see the Recovery Mode screen.

After your iPhone has successfully entered recovery mode, click "Next" to move on.

Tips 2: Download the iOS Firmware Package through Browser

If the download fails or you want to change it, click the "Copy Link" button and paste it into the browser to download the firmware package via the browser.

Once downloading complete, please click "Select" button to view and import the downloaded iOS Firmware package.

Part 3. 1-Click Unlock Apple ID

Your Apple ID is locked due to entering the wrong passcode so many times? Forgotten your Apple ID password? Lost the email address of your Apple ID and can't change the password?

Step 1. Launch UkeySoft Unlocker

Double-click the UkeySoft Unlocker icon on your Mac desktop to launch the program. It is divided into two major sections. If you want to unlock Apple ID on iPhone or iPad, enter "Unlock Apple ID".

Step 2. Connect iPhone to Computer

Please connect your iPhone/iPad device to the computer via a USB cable, then unlock the iPhone screen and select "Trust" from your iPhone screen.

If your iPhone/iPad/iPod running on iOS 11.4 and above versions, please turn off "Find My iPhone" firstly.

Step 3. iPhone Connected with the Computer

The application will detects your iPhone connected successfully, and then click on “Next” button.UkeySoft Unlocker can unlock your Apple ID when your device is in the following scenario:

1. Apple locks the Apple ID when you type in a wrong passcode several times.

2. The Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.

3. The Apple ID has been disabled.

Step 4. Start Unlocking Apple ID

The application will detect your iPhone model, please confirm your device information and click "Start".

It seems that removing Apple ID is faster. Please make sure that your iPhone/iPad device is connected well during unlocking process.

Step 5. Your Apple ID Removed Successfully

When you see the screen shows "Successfully Remove the Apple ID", this means that your Apple ID is unlocked complete, click "Done" to finish.

The Apple ID and iCloud account will no longer be registered in the device, now you can log in with a different Apple ID or create a new one.

Note: Do not restore a iTunes/Finder backups to your device after unlocking the Apple ID.

Tips: How to disable Find my iPhone

Step 1. Click on Settings and tap on iCloud.

Step 2. Scroll down to Find My iPhone. Tap on that.

Step 3. On the next page tap on the switch to turn off Find My iPhone (the switch will be grey if it's off).

Step 4. You will need to enter the Apple ID and Password to turn off "Find My iPhone", if you don't have that move to the next section.

Now, you have turned off "Find My iPhone" on iOS device, then use UkeySoft Unlocker to remove Apple ID directly.

You can continue to reset the device to its factory settings if you're planning to sell it.

To reset all settings, please go to "Settings > General > Reset and Erase All Content and Settings". Immediately you confirm to reset all settings, your iOS device will restart.
