User Guide of UkeySoft Pandora Music Converter (Windows)

Part 1. Install & Register UkeySoft Pandora Music Converter

Step 1. Download & Install UkeySoft Pandora Music Converter

Download and install UkeySoft Pandora Music Converter on your Windows or Mac computer.

Launch the UkeySoft Pandora Music Converter, you will get below main interface, you can see a built-in Pandora web player in the converter, it allows you to preview and play your selected music within the converter before the actual conversion process.

If you do not have a license and want to try it, please click "Try" to keep using the software for free. The limitations of a free trial version are as below:

1. You can only convert the first 3 minutes of each song.

2. You can only convert 3 music files at a time.

UkeySoft Pandora Music Converter trial version allows you convert 3 music files at a time and the first 3 minutes of each songs only. To unlock the restrictions and convert complete music files, you will need to purchase the license code and activate the program.

Step 2. Activate UkeySoft Pandora Music Converter (Optional)

If you possess an activation code, simply click on the Key icon, and a registration window will appear. Enter your unique registration code to activate the converter completely.

Part 2. How to Download Pandora Music to MP3/M4A/WAV/FLAC

Step 1. Log in to Your Pandora Account

Launch the Pandora Music Converter and click the "Log In" button on the upper right corner to log in to your Pandora account by entering your email and password.

Tips: UkeySoft does not gather any information from your account, nor does it disclose any of your personal data to ensure the utmost privacy protection.

Step 2. Customize Output Settings

Click on the Gear icon located in the top-right corner to access the Settings window. From there, you can customize various parameters such as Output Format (AUTO M4A, MP3, AAC, FLAC, WAV, AIFF), Output Quality, Output Folder, Output File Name, Language, and much more.

The converter defaults to M4A as the output format. If you opt for converting to MP3 or M4A, the original ID3 metadata tags can be retained. If you choose AAC as the output format, it guarantees an output quality of 512kbps.

Furthermore, you have the option to organize the output Pandora songs by Artist, Album, Artist/Album, or Album/Artist through the "Output Organized" feature.

Step 3. Add Pandora Songs/Albums/Playlists

Choose a playlist or album in the built-in web player, then click the floating "+" icon on the right side to add all the songs to the converting list.

The program will automatically add all the songs in the playlist/album by default. However, you can uncheck any unwanted songs.

Step 4. Convert Pandora Songs to MP3/M4A/FLAC/AAC/WAV

Simply click on the "Convert" button to initiate the conversion process. The program will begin to download and convert the songs from Pandora to MP3/M4A/FLAC/AAC or other formats you set.

Step 5. Conversion Finished

Once the conversion is done, click on the blue output icon to access the output path and retrieve the converted MP3/M4A/AIFF/AAC/FLAC/WAV tracks.

Step 6. View Converted Pandora Music Files

As the below screenshot, you can see all the downloaded Pandora tracks are stored on your computer, all music files is MP3 format.

Step 7. Play the Converted Pandora Songs Offline

To access your converted Pandora songs, simply click on the "History" button located in the top right corner of the interface.

All downloaded Pandora Songs will then be sorted automatically by either Date, Artist or Album, providing you with an easy way to manage your collection."

Additionally, UkeySoft comes equipped with its own music player, it allows you to directly play the downloaded Pandora songs offline with it’s built-in music player.

Part 3. Built-in Music Manager & Player (HOT)

UkeySoft Pandora Music Converter provides a comprehensive solution for managing and playing downloaded Pandora tracks, with its built-in Music Manager and Music Player. All songs, playlists, albums, and podcasts downloaded from Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium are conveniently sorted by date, album, and artist within the Music Manager.

After the download is finished, you can access the music manager by clicking on the "History" icon, which automatically classifies all the downloaded songs by Date, Album, and Artist for easy browsing.

Ⅲ. Play the Converted Pandora Music Offline

Thanks to the program's built-in music player, you can play the downloaded songs offline without the need for any additional app installation. Simply click on the "Play" icon for each item, and the music will start playing.

3. View the Local Music Files (.mp3 format)

After the conversion process is complete, simply click on the blue "Open Output Folder" icon to access the output folder where all the downloaded songs are saved.

You now have the capability to save Pandora Music, allowing you to listen to your favorite tracks offline on any device without requiring authorization from Pandora. Moreover, you can personalize your experience with Pandora by saving music to an external hard drive, backing it up using an SD card or USB flash drive, uploading it to a cloud storage service, recording it onto a CD, adding it as background music to social media applications, and much more.
